shoulders-standing shoulder dumbell press
running/ab work
tuesday-chest-incline bench

biceps-alternating dumbbell curls
-standing curls
triceps-seated pullovers
-close grip bench press
-jm press
shoulders-standing shoulder dumbbell press
-woodchoppers
-seated barbell shoulder press

thursday-same as monday

Kid, stop working out for hours on end. Shoot for an hour to and hour and a half TOPS. Eat something and find a workout by one of the authors on this site.
