I can’t tell if your just flexing or if your posture is normally like that but your shoulders look a bit rounded. if that is the case I would cut the bench press volume in half, emphasize rowing movements, stretch the lats/pecs, and not train the front delts at all for a few weeks.[/quote]
are you crazy? he’s just sloppy in his stance
Lookin’ much better - keep it up.

Even if he wasn’t all of the people on this board trying so hard to diagnose skeletal issues that a doctor wouldn’t touch is beyond stupid. No newbie should be avoiding certain exercises based on someone else’s opinion of their skeleton or development. They are BEGINNERS. Everything on them is underdeveloped.
Mate, don’t worry about the fat. The last thing you need to do is undermine your efforts by under-eating. Something I have to ask though: Do you have a copy of ‘Scrawny to Brawny’?
If not, get it right now. It’s a God-send.
And to parrot what everyone else has said: Squats, deadlifts, cleans, pullups, bench press, mil press, dips. Maybe step-ups and cheated pistols too. And lift heavy. No skinny bastard has any business going lighter than 5 or 6 reps.
Good luck!
thx to evryone for their responses…i’m just gonna keep eating and lifting hard…scrawny to brawny sounds like a good read…i’m trying out the Ian King program in the book of muscle currently but i think i might pick up a copy of scrawny to brawny also
