One morning I got up and there was indeed a croc taking itself for a walk along the sand . Probably 3-3.5m long. Not Huge. Big Enough.

Called it there. Back was all kinds of cramping up after the deadlifts. Only 1 more week till comp so no point smashing myself anymore today. So damn happy with my performance today.
@taylortooswift I donât know Portsmouth well, but my stock answer for anyone visiting the UK is to just get day passes to The Gym Group or Puregym chains. They arenât going to revolutionise your training or have a great feel to them, but theyâre easy, open 24/7, and always have all the basics you need to train.
Thereâs probably some little local gym with a great atmosphere and crew and some cool kit somewhere in Portsmouth, but finding it, making sure itâs open, getting access for a day etc is probably not worth it when you can find a passable training place and get your entry sorted in 10mins online.
I got strange off hand compliment from my physio yesterday. I was seeing him for my bicep tendon issue but whilst I was there I mentioned I had a sore trap and rhomboids from deadlifting on Wednesday. He said he would give me a 2 for 1 and free up the knots in my back. He decided to do some dry needling but when he was putting the needles in, he huffed a couple of times and I could tell he was having a problem. âWhatâs upâ I asked him, he replied âthey need to coat these needles in kryptonite for you. I keep bending the bugger trying to get it inâ
