The time has come to retire my red boots, but don’t be too upset @Cyrrex because I am replacing them with a shiny new pair.

I’ve still got my black ones. Such a great shoe.

Some really awesome sessions here!
My dude. This seems like a little bit of a breakthrough, no? You been eating extra chili?
I think the fact that my bicep has stopped hurting has helped. I am hopping this is the start of something good
I should have asked you to do a spot the difference. I wonder how many people can get.
@QuadQueen haven’t seen you comment for a bit. You all good ?

Duder!!! So, I am trying so hard to keep up in here, but things have gotten out of control! I really only get a chance to pop in on weekends because, you know, work, life, blah, blah, blah… And then I come in here and I’m like 50 updates behind on everyone that I follow. Things have gotten out of control up in here. I’ve concluded that some people have WAY too much time on their hands and I just can’t keep up! And I gave up social media for Lent, so I’ve been missing you on Insta and FB too! I feel like a slacker, but every time I come in here these days, I just get tired. lol
I will try harder!! In the meantime - keep training like a beast and eating your veggies!! I miss all of you!
Tagging @freshyfresh here too. Thank you both for checking up on me. You guys are the best!!! ![]()

Me too. I will be eating lots this weekend to keep it away.
That is a massive yoke, I thought you’d gone lbs when you said 135 empty, then I saw the video!
That looked tough! Great job. ![]()
Yer it is a bit of a beast. The posts are concrete filled hence the weight. The bruises on my neck and traps can confirm it is heavy ![]()
