I got really sick last Tuesday. I had a lot of problems with my throat so as a result I couldn’t hardly eat at all. I was able to keep down some liquids and eat soups and jello on a few days. Dropped from 226lbs. to 209lbs. Finally starting to feel alittle bit better.
Should I just go back to eating the way I normally did, or should I overeat to put some of that weight back on? Is 1 week of lighter lifting enough to get back into an intense training cycle?
