Shoulders Are Messed Up!

for the past few months i have been trying to get back into training, however keep suffering from injuries to my shoulder and it always seems to be the same one…after shoulder injuries i tend to not train for about 1 week… my shoulders now look unsymmetrical. i feel there is an unbalance in my whole body…how should i overcome this? what excercises should i do?

What exactly is your shoulder injury?

And what exercises causes your injury/pain?

i feel that my right trap is pulled…its feels really tight compared to my left… and the exercises that cause the pain include; shrugs. and rises (side/foawrd)

Don’t do exercises that hurt first.

Try and see someone who knows what they are doing to help you see why you keep hurting them. Be that a chiro, good trainer, dudes that know what they are doing in the gym, etc.

its always a rule to not do exercises that hurt unless its DOMS. btw if this has been going on for a while i’d go to a doctor or something. trainers/dudes at the gym may tell you what to do to continue but it will always be a problem, so better to fix it. the sooner the better
