Shoulder pain hurts bad

Any advice besides Norco something to relieve muscle pull severe achiness pain in shoulder I fight through it but I’m fearing I’m injuring myself more I just started cycle 3 weeks in on test only any advice to beat this I warm up fine once I’m pumped but after its knarly pain and ever so achy

Stretch your pec and bicep to take tension off the front of your shoulder.

Do a few sets of a move that really hits your lower traps. Like Low Trap Raises, or shoulder width pulldowns to the chin/neck with an arched upper back.

After that, try the Landmine Press. The arching, lever motion can help rehab your shoulder and get it moving properly, while you progress and build it like a normal lift. Stick with this as your main upper body pressing lift until you can get through the whole ROM pain free.

I used bands. I recommend Meloxicam through a scripted doc. It helped kill the inflammation while I did rehab exercises at home.
