Im able to get HCG now for my pct. How should i blast it? before i start the nolva/clomid?

Hi Shadow… i try to gain as many mass as possible in this off season. My coach ask me to stay in 10-12% bf. is this only apply in the person already have enough mass?

Stay on the stuff you are taking all the way to the show. Cut the GH 10 days out and it’ll help you obtain a drier look.

When you’re done your show, do one week of tren and mast @ 100mg every other day and then start a normal pct with HCG, clomid and nolva. I have given the “normal” dosages over and over.

You look SO much better than the last set. How about you post a front double bicep and back double bicep shot so I can see your complete physique. You look harder and leaner in every picture you post so you’re definitely progressing.

You’re doing a good job. Just keep your head strong and try not to overthink everything. Keep it simple and basic! You are on the right track.

I also think cutting the cardio at 5-7 days out is a good idea. I think your legs are working very hard right now and this will reduce any swelling prior to the show. Almost there… Keep pushing hard!

Keep sodium as is, don’t fuck with it at all!

It encourage to keep pushing hard, but there are some variables I can’t control cause I’m not experienced.

  1. Can you tell me how can I taper them down?
  • Letro 2.5
  • Clen 120
  • T4 200
  • Caber 0.5 E3D
  1. I know I always ask about gyno, but I don’t have any real reference to take it easy and it worries me because makes think cut the preparation and don’t compete in my contest. It’s my second dose of caber, and gyno keeps growing slowly. Should I wait at least 15 days? I mean what should I really expect? and what to do if caber doesn’t work.

Other issues

  1. PCT will be:

Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/40/20/20
HCG 500 e3d (4 weeks while you use clomid)
Alpha Male - 2 bottles
Rhodiola - 200X3
GH - 3 UI

  1. During and after PCT I don’t want lose my condition and my goal is keep as lean as possible to start a second phase 8 weeks later.

Can I ask you when I start pct how to keep some issues perfectly to progress in the right way?

I´m gonna keep dieting more or less the same. Not much variations, decrease volume of training but keep intensity, some days of rest and perfect control of supps and food.

where/when does it come in to play? and how is it most effectively used?

does it compliment certain AAS better than others?

would the money be better used towards more GH?

just figured i’d ask, lol… ive got a injury that im trying to heal.

What is your cycle now? Or what was your cycle? How aggressive you’ll go will depend on your dosages.

Your coach has an excellent point, it’s great advise. I would say more like 8-10% even. More than 10 will hinder your ability to gain quality muscle.

  1. Lower letro to 2.5 every other day for a week and then stop.
    Lower Clen to 80 for on week… 40 for one week… Stop
    T4, taper very slowly over a 4 week period. Just lower it by 25 every week.
    When you stop the tren you can stop the caber.

  2. Can you post the pictures of you posing, I want to get a clearer picture of what’s going on. So far I cannot see any visible signs of gyno from your pics that you posted. There is always the option of surgery after all else fails but this doesn’t sound like a case for that option.

  3. For PCT, everything looks good except start the HCG @ 500iu everyday for week 1 and then every 2nd day for week 2 and every 3rd day for week 3-4.

  4. Slowly build your calories back up. Maybe 25-50g of carbs every 3-4 days. Kind of like reverse dieting but the process needs to be very gradual and keep cheat meals to once a week (2 at the most). Keep fluid intake very high after the show and slowly bring your training intensity back up.

Keep light cardio in for the first 2 weeks after the show to help your body readjust to it’s normal state. Just a steady pace easy cardio.

I use micro-pa in my off season and diet, it’s something that you don’t need to cycle off from. I’ve been taking it straight for about 6 months now so I’ve experienced the benefits both in the off season and diet.

Offseason benefits: more fullness, increase appetite (most important for me),noticeable strength increases, positive effects on body composition (keeps bf low)
I take it 40-50min before the pre-workout insulin and the pumps were even greater than with insulin alone which is hard to believe.

Dieting: no strength loss, no energy crash in workouts, better pumps even at the end of the dieting phase
I love the combo of micro-pa with tren and halo… The strength, fullness and hardness from this combo is unreal.

As for the money, it’s hard to compare Micro-PA to GH because they are completely different… And a $65 bottle of micro-pa will last you the same amount of time as a $1500 legit pharma GH kit. If you can afford 4iu of GH a day for dieting it would be a great choice but if you’re doing it to gain muscle then a minimum of 6-8iu would be needed. If it comes down to a budget issue you’ll get more bang for your buck from micro-pa because any cheap GH won’t give you any benefit at all.

Flameout and circumin are great for recovery from injury. Also, GH is an obvious choice and there’s a peptide called tb500. Some athletes swear by it for recovery purposes and I’ve tried it myself but I didn’t notice anything spectacular but you can give it a try.

Right now im at 400 test, 300 tren, 300 mast. I started out on test e/deca and switched to the short esters. Been on for a total of 21 weeks come show day.
