hello, i want to start my first cycle and i want to know what to take and how to take it exactly and all the info please, im nearly 20 now at 155 lbs and i have been bodybuilding since almost 3 years

It’s a relatively light cycle so you don’t need any kind of excessive pct. Do something like this…
Hcg @ 500iu eod (first 2 weeks) and e3d for 2 more weeks
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/40/20/20
Run 2 bottles of Alpha Male with this and if you can afford gh I would use it in the pct as well.

Not a huge fan of peptides as you know unless you can get igf from a pharmacy I think it’s the only peptide worth using.
The only positive effect I experienced from ghrp6 was an increase in appetite. In the big picture I’d steer away from wasting money on peptides and invest in gh and good supplements.

Unless you have a pharmaceutical connection for igf-1 lr3 I don’t believe you’ll be able to get your hands on anything quality.

It depends on your past use and what dosages you’re thinking of. Regardless, I would probably stay away from doing something like this especially with the short esters.

i have been told to take Test and Deca and run them for 8 weeks but im not sure taking test at my age is any good, aswell as D-anabol, i want know if this will do me any benefits

I got my hands on pharmaceutical and my question when do you need to inject it is it for muscle injection or skin can you combine it with AAS what are the minimal doses what does it actualy do

#1 You are too young.
#2 From reading your posts I think you need to do more research and educate yourself before jumping into anything.
If someone simply tells you to take something without explaining why they are suggesting this, you should never do it. At 155lbs I’m sure there is A LOT you can do with a good diet, supplement and training plan.

Inject it IM preworkout. Yes, you can combine it with AAS. Dosage would depend on you history of usage and how much you can afford.

I’am on this cycle right now. It’s my first cycle in 8-9 years. Never run Test or Mast before.
I’am i week 2 now:
1-10 Test P 100mg EOD
3-10 Mast P 100mg EOD
1-10 Nolva 10mg ED

My question is about the Nolva: You say start with 10mg ED, and take 20mg ED if needed. When do i now, i need to uppen the dose.? Like what kind of symptoms should i be aware of.?

i have a quick question. what would your diet look like, in an off week? after many contests i think i need a rest week to recover muscles and mind…
a normal workout day for me:
300-400 gr prot
300-500carbs
50 fats
off days
300 prot
100-200 carbs
100 fats
what is your advice on macros for the off week?
can i lower protein intake?
, when would you consume the carbs, and which kind of carbs?
how many fats?
would you do incline walks in the off week or just rest? stretching too?

When off season what methods do you use to decide on your food intake? Do you base it on calories per lb of body weight or by the macros you feel you need? What is more important, calories in or nutrients density? If a bodybuilder was 200 lbs and wanted to go on a mass gaining phase to say 225 reasonably clean gains should he not base his intake on the 225 lb target or adjust his intake up every few weeks based on his weight increase?

Also, before this was your living how did you stay motivated and not have things in your life get in the way and at what point did you start using a coach until you had enough experience to do it yourself. Do you use a coach now? Thanks

Only increase the dose if you have any kind of sensitively in your nipples. Any unusual sensitivities, lumps or puffiness otherwise keep it at 10. Everything else looks fine.

I wouldn’t lower the protein by much. Keep the carbs at 100/day and fats at 50-75/day. Just spread the carbs throughout the day in equal and small amounts mostly from complex carbs (ex. oats, brown rice)
Add some cardio and do it outside of the gym. Stay out of the gym… Hike, bike ride or anything else your body isn’t used to.
Stretching YES!
This is also a good time to use for recovery. Swimming, stretching, sauna, massage etc…

Option 2. Just adjust your diet every few weeks based on your progress. As long as you aren’t gaining significant amounts of fat you can keep increasing your carbs. Keep the protein and fat intake steady throughout the off season. Go by your current bodyweight and not what you want to be otherwise you’ll get fat.
It’s not a matter of just calories, but the quality of the food is very important. Quality food choices will determine the quality of gains you will acquire.
I’ve always had people that helped me and gave me the knowledge to get started. There’s always something new to learn and I’m still learning more everyday. I always have a team behind me and people that I trust to help me plan my prep. At the end of the day I’m making my own calls taking into consideration other peoples advice.
My desire to win is my best motivation.

It’s individual and depends on your training program. It might work in some cases but not in others.
There’s nothing wrong with it as long as it’s done intelligently. I wouldn’t do these two lifts on back to back days, either do them in the same day or have 2-3 days between them.
