Since I am quite lean right now I was thinking about running pre-workout insulin/gh for the next 4-5 weeks and add in an oral like Dbol, Tbol or Drol to see if I can get a bit of extra size.

Can you please post a picture so I can see where you’re at. Your test is very high for a men’s physique competitor, you don’t need so much. The Proviron at 150 is overdoing it, you can use 100 and it would be more than enough.

I need to see pictures before making suggestions about insulin, t3 and Clen, it depends on your current condition. I have no idea why you’d want to run dbol at 12 weeks out, it will most likely do more harm than good. Tbol MIGHT work but only if you are super lean.

My question is this:
How long can you run t3 for and how? I am aware of tapering up and down but I am uncertain of how long you can stay on and how you should go about increasing/lowering the dose. Naturally I want to make sure i dont fuck up my thyroid by staying on for too long, but as far as what I have been reading as long as you taper, then you are pretty safe.
Anyway what is your opinion?

  1. I’m on my first cycle at 500mg / week, i’ve been doing amazingly, i’m done with my 9th week - it’s planned to be 16 weeks, however i gained around 17lbs, feel as a lean as before even with increased vascularity but i don’t really see any weight changes or kinda body changes, i know it’s not all about weight but could it be possible that i’m now not in the calories surplus? Since i gained some weight and i’m burning more than i did before, or that doesn’t make any sense?

  2. Opinion on training legs twice a week, combining 1 day with more lowreps and the 2nd day with more highreps?

  3. What are your thoughts on actually keeping the gains? I know there are a lot of variables(eating, training, naturally recovering). For some hobby people who are not competing in the sports of bodybuilding, do you think that you actually never make a big plus out of it? You don’t make a minus concerning your gains, but people could gain the same ammount naturally, taking the timeframe on the cycle and then on pct, when you’re going to lose some of it back.

  4. For someone who would plan to compete in mens physique, do you really think that it’s really necessary to use that much drugs, for example when getting in shape with good amount of muscle? Or do you think that with a good strict 100% diet you can get into a pretty good shape with substances like test only? This might have been asked but what extra steroids would you pick for some1 who is willing to achieve mens physique look?

  5. Any particular gear to get this great amazing vascularity look? I’m on my first test e cycle and i got veins over the abdominals area where i havent seen this before when i was natural but are there any other specific stuff to bring it to the next fraeky look, apart from conditioning, water, genetics?

  6. You opinion on instant oats? Like powder, which can you mix with water and just drink it. Do you really it has any negative points compared to eating normal oats? Since it’s the same low gi carbohydrates.

  7. Someone alrdy asked on your opinion about keeping the 100% tension on the muscle and training strictly on time under tension. Does it make sense to combine this kind of training and like explosive training with probably higher weight and not that “strict form”?

  8. Opinion on decline bench, like Dorian Yates used to mention that people should go big on decline bench since it has the best range of motion compared to normal bench. Incline and decline should be the 2 perfect choices for pressing movements?

  9. Your opinion on “ifbb politics”. Do you really think some of those results would be a lot of different, lets say Olympia or whatsoever if there wouldnt be so much politics involved into it or how do you see it?

  10. If someone wants to look in good conditioning all the time, so i mean nice lean look with good vascularity. What advices would you give on this? Diet down to certain bodyfat and lower the water weight? Afterwards just keep maintenance calories and watch out for sodium intake and the foods you eat, for example as for carbs / no sources like bread and pasta, just having it like limited to rice/brown rice/ oats, sources that dont retain water as much as the rest does. Does this make sense?

I have connections in most places that I travel in the world so it’s all set up when I get there. Too risky to fly with anything these days.

You can stay on t3 for quite a while, some people will stay on it for up to 4-6 months(that’s the most I heard besides people to who it for a real medical purpose) the thyroid recovers very fast if you taper the dosages properly.

  1. How exactly do you gain 17lbs and then tell me you don’t see any changes? I don’t understand the question because gaining 17lbs sounds like a pretty fuckin large change, lol. Also, how do you not know if you’re in a calorie surplus?

  2. Training legs twice a week is great. What you suggested could work for some people but it’s very individual, give it a try!

  3. Yes, you can keep your gains from a cycle.

  4. Men’s physique competitors don’t need a lot of drugs. If they plan their cycles intelligently they can use very minimal dosages and get into great shape. They don’t need a lot of muscle mass and it IS a look that can be achieved naturally.

  5. EQ and Tren come to mind specifically when you are talking about vascularity.

  6. No problem with it.

  7. Yes, a combination of both and always with good form.

  8. It’s a good exercise. Variety of all pressing exercises is the key.

  9. Politics play a big part but you can’t discredit any of the top guys, they are all great. It comes down to the judges opinion in the end… Read the article I wrote a few months back.

You probably shut yourself down because of what you did. I would go and ask for a blood test that includes all testosterone levels and prolactin levels. If your levels are low (which I’m assuming they are) you’ll be prescribed HCG and/or HRT which will help reverse the problem.

In general, pct can help right now but I would suggest to go to the doctor and tell him all of the symptoms you just told me. If you want to go ahead and do it yourself you can use HCG, clomid and nolva, dosages would depend on how low your test levels are. You could start with something like…
1000iu of HCG eod (6 weeks)
Clomid for 4 weeks (100/100/50/50)
Nolvadex 5 weeks (40/40/40/20/20)

Does T3 has any benefits in Proteins synthesis? I want to add 25-50mcg T3 to my lean mass cycle ( test + tren e ). Eating about 1,5g-2g/lbm proteins ( only from animal source ) will be okey? Proteins count only from meats, eggs, fishes, cottage cheese and proteins shakes.

If this isn’t working you could try the caber to rule out any progesterone related issues. Give the letro a bit more time, see what happens in the next week.

If you are trying to add lean mass there is no point of using T3, only use it if you are trying to lean down… I wouldn’t add it if I were you.

You probably shut yourself down because of what you did. I would go and ask for a blood test that includes all testosterone levels and prolactin levels. If your levels are low (which I’m assuming they are) you’ll be prescribed HCG and/or HRT which will help reverse the problem.

No, i didnt start d pct as yet, i thought it wld b wise to c d results frsts jst to make sure hw much of wht shld i take n fr hw long. m going all natural rite nw.

Wht i have understood frm dese tests is tht my e2 level is a bit high, which might b trigering my negative feedback loop of hpta n hence low levels of fsh n lh n furthermore testosterone…

So dnt u think it ill b better to get off this extra estrogen instead of going fr stuff like hcg n tamoxi n clomid which also are gonna increase my e2 levels eventually, unless i use some sorta AI…unfortunately m nt evn gettng my hands on to ny AI…

I would definitely switch the torem to nolvadex. Increasing the caber would be an option only of the gyno is related to progesterone. Unfortunately, if you are prone to gyno and already have preexisting symptoms then your only option is to stay on high doses of letro the whole time you’re on or do the surgery. Once the symptoms are very bad, your best option is the surgery.

First off, great thread and learned a lot from your advice so far, appreciate you giving your time.

My background is I’m in my late 20’s, I did a cycle around 8 years ago but nothing since, that was your basic 500g test eth with dbol.

I’m currently around 210-215lbs and probably 15 % BF - BF tends drops when the rugby season kicks off seriously in the next couple of months.

I’d really appreciate your advice on a cycle, the aim of which would be to take me closer to around 225/230. obviously this needs to be as much lean muscle as possible, given the athletic demands of rugby I don’t need mass which has no functional purpose. I’m considering a cycle seriously as I have been training a number of years and once the rugby season kicks off recovery and maintenance is the key focus, gaining mass then becomes really hard. However because of a shoulder op I have missed the off season and the opportunity to really build mass. I won’t be playing rugby games for another couple of months, though I will be doing fitness training alongside weight training.

I’m looking for cycle which is something which is relatively easier on the joints, and want to avoid side effects that would make it difficult on fitness training etc. I’d therefore be wanting to keep the doses relatively low to avoid sides and as I’m relatively inexperienced I expect to react better to lower doses.

I have been recommended the below as an example cycle - what would your thoughts be on this? I’m not convinced on the deca and the long detection time is a concern, very unlikely that I’d be tested, but still makes me nervous - however understand it can be beneficial for the joints.
