In terms of AI’s I will use 1mg Adex EoD until 5 weeks out, then 1mg ED. Will bump to 2 mg ED in final 2 weeks.
Since I am quite lean right now I was thinking about running pre-workout insulin/gh for the next 4-5 weeks and add in an oral like Dbol, Tbol or Drol to see if I can get a bit of extra size.

Can you please post a picture so I can see where you’re at. Your test is very high for a men’s physique competitor, you don’t need so much. The Proviron at 150 is overdoing it, you can use 100 and it would be more than enough.
I need to see pictures before making suggestions about insulin, t3 and Clen, it depends on your current condition. I have no idea why you’d want to run dbol at 12 weeks out, it will most likely do more harm than good. Tbol MIGHT work but only if you are super lean.
