This was ages ago! Everything was far from perfect and if I remember correctly all I used was 50mg of winstrol everyday, I wish I had the resources then that I do now. Diet was also far from optimal, at that time I believed in low carbs and it smacked me in the face.

I didn’t spend a lot of money on it but that was a long time ago and I don’t remember the specifics.

Question for you on nutrition, I’m in the off season and planning on doing a powerlifting show in a few months but keeping my diet clean as the last thing I want to do is get fat and have to try and lose all that before stepping on stage again.

Anyway I’m getting in 50% of my carbs peri workout from Plazma but find myself shaking like a leaf in the wind about 30 minutes post workout which I’m assuming is from my blood sugar crashing. At this time I’m usually starting to eat a whole food meal of chicken and rice as I workout late at night and this is my last meal for the day.

I would love to sneak in some MAG-10 between the workout finishing and my last meal but that would mean eating my whole food meal minutes before hitting the sack.

Any suggestions on what I can do to keep rice from flying off my spoon because my hand is shaking :slight_smile:

Thanks a lot for doing this. Basically I have had gyno since puberty but didnt know it so my first cycle 2 years ago, aggrivated it and the worst ever was my second cycle of test and tren. Since then its a lot less noticeable and the lumps are between the size of a pea and small marble, and as long as my nips aren’t puffy. The problem is in order to keep them under control I have to use torem, letro and caber if using tren. Its really driving me nuts, I competed in my first Physique show in july and they looked fine cause I came off test I was on 525mast, 2.5mg letro and 60mg of torem for the show.

Current cycle is 50mg prop eod, 100mg tren eod, 60mcg t3, but even at 1.25mg letro ed , 60mg torem ed, and 0.5 mg caber eod they are still puffy, they dont hurt they just look shitty. I dont wanna always be running letro at 2.5mg becuase it crushes my sex drive and hinders gains apparently.

Do you think I should drop the torem and switch to nolva?
Should I up the caber? I am kinda at a loss here and up for opinions. Surgery is out of the question because in Canada healthcare wont cover it cause of the gear and I cant afford it

My gyno increased and I used 40 nolva. I’m not sure if I should use letro or increase nolva to 60. Gyno really notes in my left side. It doesn`t hurt or pain but I feel the tissue increased a lot. I’m scared but if I have to use letro:

  • How long time and how much?
  • I should have any change in my body composition? I tell you cause I put so effort to reach such condition 5 weeks out I don`t want to ruin my prep.

Can you post your whole diet,supplement and drug use. It could be something to do with any these factors.

If it’s hypo symptoms as you described then increasing your Plazma during the workout and sipping it 10-15 min post workout could help resolve the issue.

You can have the MAG-10 and eat the solid meal 20-30min after, you don’t need to wait longer. After you give me more info I’ll probably be able to give you more suggestions.

I would definitely switch the torem to nolvadex. Increasing the caber would be an option only of the gyno is related to progesterone. Unfortunately, if you are prone to gyno and already have preexisting symptoms then your only option is to stay on high doses of letro the whole time you’re on or do the surgery. Once the symptoms are very bad, your best option is the surgery.

How many times a week does she train?

If she wants to use GH, something like 1iu everyday can work for anti aging but nothing more than that. If she wants to increase the anavar to 10mg it’s fine, I don’t see an issue here.

I would also drop her carbs quite a bit. For a girl that weighs 114, even with a fast metabolism it’s a it too high. Cut the fruits out of meal 2 and the rice out of meal 3. This would be a good start.

Supplement use looks good.

Keep nolva at 40mg and add letro at 2.5mg eod. It won’t ruin your prep, it will only make you drier. However, it will probably hurt your sex drive and cause some joint pain. You don’t need to change anything in your diet because of it either.

Instead do any kind of cardio, we increased frequency of training. In fact it’s the way she are evolving faster and faster. And plazma, indigo and microPa let her pushing hard and recover so good.

  1. She is on anavar for 8 weeks right now. How long time a female is able to be on? and how long time should rest between cycles?

Depending on you answer we increase it to 10 or not.

  1. How do you split anavar dose for her?

  2. Whats the best timing to take 1 UI of GH?

  3. Legs are her weak point (she has a lot of course, just is a newbie in 40s trying to learn how to focus on training). She used to has fat around knees and specially above. What is you recommendation for a improve female legs? Would your HIIT protocol 2:2 on starimaster be a good tool?

I’m not currently taking any drugs but my diet and supplement use is:

Meal 1: 50 grams whey isolate with 4 Flameout

Meal 2: 1 cup egg whites
1 whole egg
40 grams of carbs from grits
multi vitamin

Meal 3: 8oz 95% lean grass fed beef
40 grams of carbs from quinoa

Meal 4: same as meal 3

Pre-workout: 1 scoop whey isolate with cinnamon and freeze dried coffee - I have a long ass commute 45min or more from my office to my house so I drink this in the car mostly to stay awake during rush hour

         Finibar 30 minutes before heading to the gym with Micro-PA

Workout: 3 servings Plazama

Meal 5: 8oz chicken
40 grams of carbs from brown rice
multi vitamin
2 more Flameout

Currently 213 pounds with just under 10% body fat (I get it tested every week), 30 years old this weekend (blah).

Hi Shadow –

I am an MPD competitor 12 weeks out of nationals. I believe I have a legitimate shot at the top 5 and pro-card based on my win this year in a large regional show. I stayed lean in my offseason and have full abs and minimal lower back fat.

I have been on 900mg test cyp and 150mg tren ace for the past 6 weeks (weeks 18-12) with 5iu hgh/day split am and pre-workout.

I was wondering if you could provide your recommendations on my proposed PED plan for the next 12 weeks leading up to the show. Here it is:

Weeks 12-6
Test Cyp - 900mg/week
Tren A - 150mg/week
NPP - 600mg/week

Weeks 6-0
Test Prop - 900mg/week
Tren A - 400mg/week
Mast P - 400mg/week
Var - 75/day split 2x daily
Proviron - Taper up from 50mg/day to 150mg/day in final week

Will continue using HGH at 5iu/day split 2x day
On week 10 I will start adding in T3 at 25mcg and incrase by 12.5mg based on progress, same with Clenbuterol (starting at 40 working up in 20mcg increments)

In terms of AI’s I will use 1mg Adex EoD until 5 weeks out, then 1mg ED. Will bump to 2 mg ED in final 2 weeks.

Since I am quite lean right now I was thinking about running pre-workout insulin/gh for the next 4-5 weeks and add in an oral like Dbol, Tbol or Drol to see if I can get a bit of extra size.

Let me know what you think!!

  1. 12 weeks would be the max and at least 3/4 of that time off, so 8 weeks off.

  2. Before workout and before bed 5 & 5

  3. 60-90 min preworkout

  4. The Stairmaster would be a great tool for her as well. Also, high frequency training for females and beginners specifically is good idea. Even 3 times a week would work well.

Try and increase your Plazma to 3.5 or 4 and make sure you have enough remaining to sip on for the 10-15 min following the workout.

Change your brown rice after the workout to white rice(60g of carbs) It will digest and absorb faster and help prevent the symptoms you are experiencing. Take the extra 20g of carbs away from meal 3 or 4. You could add 1 tbsp of almond butter to your pre workout shake.

You could also try to use MAG-10 instead of isolate preworkout. It will be a nice primer for the Plazma.
