It depends on the dosage you’re doing. For mass gains if you can do 3 times a day I would do pre, post and before bed and if you can only do twice a day then do post workout and before bed.

I would also recommend and minimum of 6iu for mass purposes.

Yes, you can inject the insulin IM with the insulin pin. For the HCG, just use a regular syringe.

I would lean towards the 3 week mark depending on the drug test. 5 days would be running a huge risk of getting caught.

I’m a commercial user (it liked me when I read it). It’s my second year using AAS after 18 years of training. Anyway I really love our lifestyle and I’m passionate. I’ve never tried be a competitor and in my age I’m reallistic with my goals. I don’t meet any BB and everything I learn is for myself (even there isn’t any BB in my gym). In my country I have troubles to find people with proper knowledge and experience to trust.

I was experimenting with some AAS to know how my body reacts. It seems I prefer short esters I have mixed feeling with test, and AAS like primo doesn´t work well. Tren Ace and win are usually my best choices. Tren enan produced me a little gyno and femara seems the best AI to reduce it when I have some reflect.

I don´t plant use fat burners cause I don’t want to destroy my adrenals and rebound after my prep.

Depends on your individual state, a good place to start would be at 3mph and 8incline. It would be steady pace (for me anyways) it is REALLY individual here.

Tren is not a license to eat as many carbs as you want and definitely not as much sugar as you want. It’s an irresponsible recommendation. The amount of carbs you can eat is very individual and eating sugar must be done with correct timing. Yes… You can eat more carbs on tren but the question of how much is individual.

I actually drink cartons of egg whites as well, no digestive issues.

Thanks for posting pics and info.

Looks like your on the right track. The legs will get leaner when you drop more fat, it’s just the place where you hold the most fat.

For your cycle I would change a few things…
I don’t see any test in your cycle, is there a reason for this?
I would run masteron for longer than 2 weeks, a minimum of 6 is recommended. Also, I would run GH every day rather than every other day.

Take your micro-pa 1 hr before the workout and the indigo 30min before. Just follow the labels exactly, especially the micro-pa because you want the strength benefits from it.

Are you doing cardio? For me, the Stairmaster helps with bringing in more leg definition so you might want to try this instead of other forms of cardio.

  1. I didn’t put any test in my cycle because I honestly didn’t know how to use it. So let me know if I’m right:

1-12 Tren-A 75 mg EOD or 50 mg ED
1-12 Test-P 75 mg EOD
1-6 Dbol 10 mg preworkout
1-12 HCG 250 UI X2 week
1-12 Nolva 10-20 mg ED
1-12 GH 6UI ED

I’m gonna start my 3 week. I’m on time to add Test-P?

  1. Master and anavar would be added:
    6-12 Master 75 mg EOD
    6-12 Anavar 60 mg pre workout

  2. As my pre workout meal is 60’ before training I took indigo 30’ before the meal to affect over such meal plus training, but I’m gonna follow your recommendation.

  3. I just started to walk first thing in the morning on the beach. So sand makes me a bit difficult walk. 30 minutes and I’m gonna increase it gradually watching how I’m improving. I don’t have access a stairmaster but I’m gonna look for something similar. If not I was planning add prowler or sled work.

  4. Does it matter when to pin Tren-A? or should be close to the workout.

  5. Do Orals like win, anavar or dbol best used preworkout besides the quantity? or it’s better split.

  6. In my case, how can I cruise or keep evolving in the right way? I know it’s a broad question and it would be better talk after my cycle watching results and goals. But I don´t know how long you will be giving us your knowledge and it’s to have an idea.

  7. I was planning use your insulin protocol with plazma once I finished, when I will really lean and without necessity to rebound. But I think would be a great tool to keep adding real size and progress adding new tools.

This was already answered, Shadow said he has no issues with acne. He said tanning can help but other than that had no specific advice.

My suggestion would be to look up research on ultra low-dose accutane. Some very promising studies on this that show none of the negative sides that usually make accutane a harsh drug.
