Ha ha fro sure I did too
Just finished eating some tuna casserole.
I haven’t posted a couple workouts I got in. Weren’t monumentally fabulous.
Starting back with my 35 cycle today. Was thinking I started to slack with the 215 cycle as I hate doing it. Maybe it’s what I need to do, but 3 quick sets of 5 is much more fun.
9/26/11
Squats 35185
Deads 35185
Pullups 35BW
Bench 35185
S. Bar Curls 3595
Dips 3550
2 x 15? I’d never go to the gym.
3 x 5? Love it.
6x5, keep the volume up, along with the pounds.

We’re sorry.

Is $55 a lot of money for an entry fee? I gotta join USAPL also which is $45, so I’m looking at $100 to finish last. Thoughts?!?!?

$55 is typical, actually less than I pay for USAPL meets. You’re buying the USAPL card early in the year, so you can use it at other meets in 2012. Go for it.
