You know…for luck ?
My lucky Norwegian deadlift socks? I’ve done both raw and geared USAPL state record pulls in those socks.

Ahh, Storm the Beach territory! Lots of good lifters there. Looking forward to following your training since I’m doing a whole lot of nothing these days.
Is $55 a lot of money for an entry fee? I gotta join USAPL also which is $45, so I’m looking at $100 to finish last. Thoughts?!?!?
$55 is a pretty reasonable number.

OK…sounds good…usually chicks want me to wear a ribbon or something on my bulging bicep, but if socks floats your coccyx so be it !

$55 is typical, actually less than I pay for USAPL meets. You’re buying the USAPL card early in the year, so you can use it at other meets in 2012. Go for it.
I won’t let you down. Do you you want to give me something of yours to wear ?
Don’t fall for this KP. It’s a scam.

I found the underpants he begged me to give him for sale on Ebay!!

Have you any idea how much an unwashed pair of your knee wraps are worth on the T-Nation black market?

ixnay on the bee-ay…she’ll find that bra we were all supposed to sign for her and mail back!

Here’s my entry form yo !

If I put down weight class of 181 and my fat ass can’t drop 16 pounds in three months am I dq’ed, or do I lift in 198 ?

If you don’t make 181 you’ll lift in the 198 class.

Sen,

If it makes you feel better I will compete just so you don’t come in last, besides it’s up the road. However due to my sad lack of power and low weight total they’ll only let me join the USAL.

Maybe we can ‘tandem-lift’? Tie ourselves together while we squat for example.

Like a 3 legged race…I usually am qualified to run those on my own, but you get the idea.

Thanks!

Will there be an inspection to see if I’m truly a male? If I fail do they let me lift with the women? I want to make sure all my bases are covered.

Weight class doesn’t matter at local meets. But it does if you want to make the IPF world team (like our talented friends Ms. O and Big Bencher) since there are finite slots for each weight class.

Why the need to cut so much weight for your meet? Have you done PLing meets before?

If you have these I think you are in trouble.

First question = Have you seen my fat ass?

Second question = No.

Serialy, I was planning on trimming down. She Say and I have been off booze for 3 months and are both tightening up our diets. Would have cut my diet meet or not. Been something I’ve wanted to do before, but at 41 with a bench press bigger than my squat it’s kinda embarrasing to take the leap. That dude’s article about doing a meet pushed me over the edge.

If I had those I wouldn’t waste my time typing away with you homoes.

5*240

Leg Press 510295 (Weight of the plates, no idea how much the machine weighs)

Front left knee tendon is bugging me, but got better through session.

Be honest how long did you stare at them?

Well I am also, but I turn the laptop away from the door.

Good luck on the meet, I hope in a few years when I get this last kid out of the house to be able to do a meet.

Post pictures please for your cheering section.

Saw your post and vid in Kevin’s log. Nice work with the kids. Do you have a link to click on to do the “like” thing? (I am very very challenged when it comes to FB stuff.)
