I never tried them…should I give them a shot?

I’m working on the following kinda schedule

Month 1 35 with 60 seconds rest in between sets
Month 2 3
8 with 90 seconds “”
Month 3 2*15 with 120 “”
Repeat

Trying to keep my motivation high and my exercise selection varied, but simple…focusing on squats lately, will move to deadlifts in next 3 month cycle.

I will say will help with upper back and rear delt strength, the weight is not much for the squat part. But really helps sitting back and working on some weak points.

Just a thought.
