This is one reason why I had the same weights for the big 3 starting out! Trying to ‘even out’, but I get bored benching so light…
I benched a lot in High School like most dumb bastards…still my favorite lift…but…my back does suck…last attempt to pull 405 was about 3 years ago and I popped some discs…couldn’t walk right for a year…hoping to get my legs up where my upper body is.
Lol…was reading kpsnap’s log or I might not have squatted over 200 today…NOT that kpsnap isn’t working hard, etc…just I got 60 pounds on her, etc…

I’m struggling with a pulled glute/hammie muscle as well. Sucks. And it seems like those take awhile to heal.
