Felt a nasty tweak in my back when I went to warm up on the deadlifts. Thought about pushing through it to impress everyone, but decided I’d impress you by not injuring myself.

Weights are the same only because I haven’t lifted anything heavy in a year or so…I plan to keep adding 5-10 pounds per workout…my stronger lifts will keep adding weight while the weaker ones plateau…also I’m very lazy (outside of the bedroom and the kitchen) so using the same weight makes it easier.[/quote]
