Sen's Not Goin' Gentle Into That Goodnight

My camera died during the squat…here’s 341 bench…

435 deadlift…dig the grunt

Great work Brother!

Nice work.

Very nice work, Sen. Continually making gains.

I must ask. Why are you maxing out on lifts just days before a meet?

Cuz I’m stoopid?

Nice work Sen!

This is a great thread… Just wondering where Derek got video of my sister???

Nice work man! You looked very strong throughout the lifts.

Good work. Hopefully you were granted your just post competition wishes by She Say.

My thinking was I hadn’t benched or squatted in pretty much over a week and after ‘completing’ the smolov jr. cycle I was thinking I’d be really, really, really strong…so…I was hoping to hit my ‘old’ maxes without any trouble and give myself the confidence to head into the meet feeling really, really, really strong…worst case scenario I’d be a little taxed…,

Without failure where would we all be? We would have nothing to strive for. Plus when you are are dealifting double you body weight … Shut up! Keep hitting it hard man.

Good work and experience-kick the ass of younger lifters and smile all the way home.
