He built a yoke that we used for carries and presses, totally killer.

Yeah we will be out there this weekened on Sunday 8:00am.
Bring any equipment you have, and extra drag sled would be great, will make the rotation a lot quicker.

A bit off topic but at which gym do you San Diegans work out? After years at 24 hr I just couldn’t deal with how crowded it has become. I just signed up at Fitness West in PB and so far I’m pretty happy. A little limited on equipment but nobody is ever there.
