It’s time again!
8am Saturday we will be getting together to do some GPP at Mission Beach.
All are invited to come train with us.
We meet on the sand by the roller coaster and main life guard tower.
You can’t miss us, we are the ones throwing a keg in the air!
looking forward to getting my ass kicked tomorrow morning. i guess if i have to suffer and puke i may as well do it on the beach.
Our last session was awesome!
We even had 2 new people come out with us. One of them a fellow T-Nationer “InCorporeSano”, the other one was my neibor Jeff.
So we had Me (Panik), InCorporeSano, Jeff and Ben.
We did lots of sled drag relays for time, throws for distance, farmer walks ect.
