I’m near Poway and this looks interesting!
Has anyone gone to one of these sessions while being on a diet? I’m in my third week of the Velocity Diet, after which I plan on switching to the T-Dawg Diet.
I know it’s going to be bad, but just how bad is a GPP session going to torture me? Would it be suggested to go for a session while being on a diet? Right now, my only source of cardio is my NEPA walks due to being the Velocity Diet. ![]()
I’m guessing that going these next couple of weeks would be out of the question for me while being on the Velocity Diet. But I think I’d want to add in some more intensive cardio workouts while being on the T-Dawg Diet. ![]()
I think as long as you are eating you will be fine.
We incorporate alot of HITT in our training as well as endurance events.
Bring a protein shake to drink during the work out and you should be just fine.
We will be having a GPP Session this weekend. Meet at my place at 7:30am to help bring stuff out. If you have never joined us before be at the beach before 8am. We want to start warming up at 8am
Its going to start getting more active at the beach with summer fast approaching.
Also we are starting a new way of planing the session, each week will have a dedicated coach who is responsible for coming up with the events for the day. This way we can move faster, get more done and stop relying on Ross’s sick twisted ideas.
