San Diego GPP Training

Hey Guys we are happy to have you out there.

But unfortunatly we wont have a session this week, we have two of our regulars not able to come, but we will do this next saturday. Just keep checking back for details.

sorta new to this type of training but im planning one for this weekend…how long does a session ussually last for you…and what kind of rest between event/circuits do ya’ll take? thanks

Alright Panik, I’ve reread this entire thread and I’m itching to start some of my own GPP sessions.

I hope you don’t mind but I’m going to be stealing a lot of your exercises man.

I just called about free tractor tires so I’ll have one to flip hopefully. I’m going to call about getting an empty keg. I’m sure I can get an old bowling ball somewhere. And I’m going to try to make my own sled drag using your instructions.

The only problem is I don’t know if I can talk any of my friends into doing this with me. Maybe one or two. We’ll see.

I’ll keep you posted man.

San Diego GPP Training for the self-loathing will resume this week Saturday May. 5th @ 8:00am, Mission Beach, rain or shine.

Summer is almost here and you got to get rid of that winter fat, fstties.

It is my coaching week and this will be an EXTREME GPP Session with a puke factor of 10, so be prepaired.

If you are new and planning on showing up we are in Mission Beach at the end of Ventura Blvd. Just park in the roller coaster parking lot, walk to the sand, look south and you should see us. also nebies sned me a PM for better directions if you need them.

Anyone coming?

Sure thing OMC! The more the better.

Note: Guys I won’t be having a session this weekend I have had a Death in the family, my Grandfather just passed.

Sorry to hear about your grandfather Panik. Hope your holding up well.

I’ll try and sort things out with the lads. What type of equipment will they need to bring?..aprt from themselves?

Josh,

Sorry to hear about your grandfather, I hope you and your family are doing as well as you can be.

Well, we have equipment but if they have any kegs, weight plates, sand bags or anything eles like that they can bring those.

ALso they might want to bring a protein drink and some gatorade or water to keep them going.

And thank you for the good wishes.
