I know there probably aren’t many golfers here, but I thought I’d ask. Has anyone read, tried Renegade Training for Golf by John Davies. I was just wondering if there is any feedback yet. Thanks a lot. Oh, and I just finished a 3 wk cycle of fat to fire, and I can only say one thing, John Davies is one sick mofo to design a program like that.
How much did you end up losing?
Well, I didn’t weight myself, but I can tell you, I dropped what the mirror says to be quite a lot. My transdermal(the one under the skin) type of fat only a little bit. But my visceral(around the organs) is way down. The reason I can tell is that my lower belly doesn’t protrude as much, but still feels like the same amout of fat above the muscle. Sorry that I don’t have exact measurements or anything, but I’m not one for harping on the numbers, only how I look. I have a long way to go still, don’t get me wrong, but fat to fire sure gave me the kick in the ass that I needed to jumpstart fatloss again. If you don’t like training at 100% output every session for 3wks, find another program cause like I said, Coach Davies is sadistic. I can’t imagine the smile on his face if a client of his was doing this program. Oh the hurt

Try Paul Chek’s golf biomechanics book and or video. I have them both, I am not a golfer but train many and Paul’s methods are excellent.
