I have been reading up on it and even bought the book and finished it already. The only thing that confuses me is how the hell do you setup the program it just gives you the exercises. Anyone who tried the renegade program how where your results any tips or advice, im gonna do the renegade program especially basketball specific

go do squats, DL, gms, dips, pullups etc…
do a tham 3-5 routine…3-5 sets, reps, excercises, rest between sets and days per week…simple as that…
stop making excuses and start training hard and eating a lot
I just started doing that this week cause my coach told me that and god damm im fucking sore. I did some Chins, Pushups Supersets, and Some Pull-Up Eccentrics man my body hurts so much i litaritally cant touch my chest without having pain.
