It adds the element of safety.

maybe if there was a bit more of a community around here, you’d understand.

Nice lift mate. Good work.

if those are 25kg plates, then yes it could be 227.

I dunno I like seeing when people reach a goal they set for themselves. It also lets me know when that poster posts something I should maybe pay attention, they actually do what they are talking about.

Or we could just have arguments about genetics and bench shirts all day like what usually goes on in this forum.

Strong DL to the OP keep it up man.

Yeah your right, I guess I was just looking for a bit more to the post then just youtube link such as idk training and nutrition.

Thanks guys. I will update when I lift more. Next goal is 240kg(528lbs) and after that 246kg(541.2lbs) which is a Swedish sub-junior record.

On each side; 2-20kg platse, 2-25kg plates, 1-10kg, 1-2.5kg, 1-1.25kg

(4 * 20) + (4 * 25) + (2 * 10) + (2 * 2.5) + (2 * 1.25) + 20 = 227.5

227.5*2.2=500.5

Training is quite simple.

Tuesday: Speedbench with bands and rows

Thursday: Deadlifts, barholds and some rows

Saturday: Benchpress; 6" Board press; Bench with feet up and 2" Board press

Sunday: Squats; lockouts and frontsquats
Reps and sets between 1-3

I do more lifts, more reps and more exercises in the beginning of a new training period.

Woo haaa! thats alot!

Nice pull. What carryover do you get from the suit?

I agree nice pull and Think if you relax a bit, take a second to get in a steady, focused mind set and set up for the lift you got another 10-20 in you that looked very easy and was damn near stiff legged

Good work
Keep it up

Phill

My weakness in the deadlift is getting the bar up from the floor so i get alot from the suit. My guess would be around 20kg.

When I train without the suit I use to do deadlifts standing on a plate.
