I cant focus when I lift. I need to go completely mental.

I know its almost a stiff legged but thats how I pull best :smiley: With quite Long arms and a short torso, stiff legged is the way to go.

Actually, with long arm you should be able to get your hips under you better.

Stiff legged is the way to go for me. Thats what works best.

I wasn’t arguing the finer points of form. I was just disagreeing with your conclusion that long arms cause more stiff legged deadlifts.

Nice pull, and don’t worry, Phill isn’t ragging on you. He pulls about as stiff legged as I do. It’s what works for him, what works for me, and apparently what works for you.

Didn’t really look like a stiff leg to me at all. Thought sequence was pretty good.

Thanks man. I appreciate you words. I hope that I can give you a 511 lb pull at Thursday.

I pulled 511.5 lbs today. I did it without the white powder (don’t know what that is called in English) on my quads today because I couldn’t find it so there was more friction.

I’m messing with my self in the lockout because I thought that I didn’t reach full lockout. You see how I move my back forward and then backward again.

And of course a clip of my trainingpartener Marcus.

17 year old - 60kg/132lb - 185kg/407lb (4kg over the swedish sub-junior record) easy deadlift.

Still looks like there’s more to come Im afraid… Try 250kg next time :wink:

We call it the same here in Sweden except that we spell it Talk. Baby powder is also a common name for it.
