I agree nice pull and Think if you relax a bit, take a second to get in a steady, focused mind set and set up for the lift you got another 10-20 in you that looked very easy and was damn near stiff legged
Good work
Keep it up

I cant focus when I lift. I need to go completely mental.
I know its almost a stiff legged but thats how I pull best With quite Long arms and a short torso, stiff legged is the way to go.

I wasnāt arguing the finer points of form. I was just disagreeing with your conclusion that long arms cause more stiff legged deadlifts. [/quote]

Nice pull, and donāt worry, Phill isnāt ragging on you. He pulls about as stiff legged as I do. Itās what works for him, what works for me, and apparently what works for you.
I pulled 511.5 lbs today. I did it without the white powder (donāt know what that is called in English) on my quads today because I couldnāt find it so there was more friction.
Iām messing with my self in the lockout because I thought that I didnāt reach full lockout. You see how I move my back forward and then backward again.
And of course a clip of my trainingpartener Marcus.
17 year old - 60kg/132lb - 185kg/407lb (4kg over the swedish sub-junior record) easy deadlift.
