Youve never met a multiple world record holder.

Did you really just say that it was ironic that untested multiply wr holders dont hold records in tested single ply federations? I know of no untested single ply federations and of no tested multiply federations. You are comparing apples to oranges.

Thats kind of like wondering why the Packers havent won a world series yet.[/quote]

I LOLd at that last line.

lol, ite well ill get my facts str8 about the world of powerlifting, i just know as it is, i can break all the records ive seen in my wt class, and among my age group, and im 100% natural. it will happen before my birthday, that or ill have some videos up so i can look back on it when im 60 one day.

im not going to argue just for the sake of arguing, i might be wrong in some areas, we are both right really.

i have a strong oppinion against steroid use, and i know 95% of the people in this world who take steroid are reacreational users happy with a 195 lb frame, but have no idea they couldve easily done that without steroid use.

for the seldom few 275 lb athletes who do serve to impress, then i give them my respect, but even then, half of them dont know 50% of the things i know about training, and some of the other half i think its safe to say dont knwo their body that well, if they did, then they would be even better than they are.

also might i add the influence that steroid takers who are motivated to be champions have on natural individuals who think if they take steroids they will become like the hulk?
again this falls along the lines of doing your research, and earnign that mentality of a very hard worker before you just settle with a steriod driven decent frame.

have you ever seen the bigger faster stronger documentary?

I think you should stop talking about things you don’t know about. Every post makes you seem more like an uninformed asshole shooting off his mouth. You talk like steroids take place of hard work. WRONG. You know why steroids help athletes? It allows them to work harder for longer than someone not taking steroids.

If you’re such a fucking hardass guru, shut up and get on the platform. I’ve broken records for my age/weight as well, but I keep my mouth shut about it. Other than all-time records, most records don’t mean jack shit.

right and wrong…

number one i regulate my training loads, and i know everything i need to know about lifting.

lol, may i add im not bragging about breaking records, someone told me i could and i checked, and yea i can lol…
big deal, im not much for a stage or a pat on the back neway.

also, your right, i am uninformed, i dont know shit about powerlifting meets and i dont care about powerlifting but i know i train harder OVERALL if not as hard as steroid takers, and thats because i regulate my training load, know more about training and apply more to my diet, nutrition, recovery, and education than 99.9% of steroid takers. the actual training is the last thing on my mind, in fact thats easy.

also i would say my intensity is much higher than steroid users, at least the ones ive seen, everyone has youtube lol.

oh, and if i didnt train as hard, or harder? then why i am i stronger? and i know if i took roids, id break every fucking record. take it or leave it, i have nothing to prove, this is the internet.

god bless.

Maybe it’s just the angle, or the fact that his upper body is so huge, but does anyone else think his legs look really small in the initial link?

How the hell do you know you train harder? And how do you know more? This is what makes you seem like a dumb asshole- these broad statements completely unsupported by fact.

im not going to sit here n bicker about wut i know and how i know it.
lets try ive read every book of note and take careful consideration of how i program my training, i suggest all do the same before they take the quick and easy steroid route, because your just selling yourself short.

at least if your going to pop a pill, pop it knowing you have a purpose, a goal, and a way to get there besides popping more of that pill.

good luck in your training.

Remember masonator, he’s young enough to know everything about the world. Sometimes I wish I still were…and then I remember that I’m smarter now than I was then.

So cut, what’s the difference between you and someone who regulates they’re training load, and knows and applies everything to their diet, nutrition, recovery, and education but also uses steroids?

Simple. There is none. They’re just as mentally tough as you are. Just as educated, just as smart, just as meticulous, just as dedicated. Except somewhere along the line they decided they wanted to use. Big fucking deal.

The thing that really pisses me off about people like you is that they put their heads up their asses and stick natural training on a pedestal and look down at others. I’ve met more well educated steroid users than I have well educated natural trainees. In fact, most of the brightest training minds I know of in REAL LIFE are steroid users. I’m talking about people I know personally, not authors or gurus. Other natural trainees by and large are simply not as smart or as educated as the users I know.

I think this has to do with you being 18 and knowing a whole bunch of high school juicers. You should wake up and go out to the real world and meet some older more experienced trainees. High schoolers and young college kids are the stupidest people about training and nutrition there are on average, with the exception of fat middle-aged housewives.

Oh and I for sure second the notion that most of these “all natural” athletes are in fact juicing, just managing to pass drug tests.

For all of the God talk you do, you sure are one arrogant son of a bitch.

You know more about training at 19 than those 275 lb monsters? Then why dont you shut all of us up and go ahead and post an elite total in a multiply fed lifting raw?

Im doubting highly that you are half as intelligent as you keep claiming, given that you lack the ability to spell correctly or string together a coherent thought. Three days ago you posted a thread asking about how to compete, and today youre telling us that you know more about training than anyone else in the world.

You are either:
a) a troll
b) a lying teenager
c) both

Do you honestly think that the top powerlifters in the world don’t know what they are doing when it comes to nutrition, diet and recovery??

You don’t even know how to find a powerlifting meet or pick a fed and now you’re making all these ridiculous claims about the records you’ll break and lack of knowledge and intensity among the top powerlifters in the world, because they take shit?

This whole thing has to be a joke.

Maybe if I was powerlifting for Jesus, I’d be stronger than all those lying cheating gear whores like Laura Phelps and Amy Weisberger (who happen to be stronger than you). Let the power and glory of sweet baby Jesus consume me and lift that 700 pound deadlift off the floor…

HAHAHA Maybe that’s my problem…I need to ditch the death metal and get some gospel.

I dont know what it is, the topic about his made up numbers, asking for a formula on gear carryover or the fact that he Thinks he is the shit. All i heard out of this guy is BLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH i am NATTY and i break RECORDS wowowowoww.

Yeah, nothing like listening to gospel when you want to move that heavy-ass weight off the ground…

I think your strength would go down by 60 percent or something.

I dunno man, everytime I do my quad widowmaker he shows up by rep 19 and tells me “son, thou must end this now OR YOU’LL FUCKIN’ DIE AND GO TO HELL!”.

Not a fan of intensity in the gym that guy.

There are actually several Christian bands I’d listen to working out, but none of them are gospel.

As far as Jesus being against training hard, I don’t know. I think if he were around to day he would do weight training of some sort he seems to be a pretty muscular guy in most art. Besides in his heavenly form isn’t his body supposed to be perfected, so he should have the perfect physic.

Maybe once and for all he could give us the perfect diet/training plan.

No one has ever done a better 40 day cut than him. hah
