Powerlifting Approach Useless

Lol. Velocity Diet be damned!

lol. you guys are funny.
fact is theres pretty much no one on this forum my age (just turned 19) stronger than me raw at 220 lbs (600 x 6, 715 x 1 squat, 405 bench 8-12 weeks ago, and a 575 x 5 deadlift, which i dont even max on on dl but every 2 months) whose not taking roids…and if there is…he is probably the only one…

also buckeye girl, if you think about it, i dont need to know shit about pwoerlifting meets, i know strength, and i know im strong. i saw the records, id get the usapowerlifting 18-19 records raw, and the 20-23 records and collegiate…and as far as im concerned steroids is cheating, usapowerlifting is tested n its the only one that counts.

and to the girl who said a girl is stronger than me, well those she men are stronger than a lot of people, and they arent 19, they wont be stronger than me when im 20, or 21, i garantee that, no one my age will, at least natural…and they stronger in a suit or something? im doing this in a commericial gym babe.

so now im going to go train…

if that doesnt speak truth, then well…who cares…love u all.

p’c

also may i add that im not going to even look at this trash from a bunch of forum nerds. so have fun posting, just know there is always someone stronger than u…not cheating…aka roids

oh and make fun of god…good job lol, just wait till you need him and he wont be there for ya.

also, your right, i am uninformed, i dont know shit about powerlifting meets and i dont care about powerlifting but i know i train harder OVERALL if not as hard as steroid takers, and thats because i regulate my training load, know more about training and apply more to my diet, nutrition, recovery, and education than 99.9% of steroid takers. the actual training is the last thing on my mind, in fact thats easy.

also i would say my intensity is much higher than steroid users, at least the ones ive seen, everyone has youtube lol.

oh, and if i didnt train as hard, or harder? then why i am i stronger? and i know if i took roids, id break every fucking record. take it or leave it, i have nothing to prove, this is the internet.

god bless.

Do you honestly think that the top powerlifters in the world don’t know what they are doing when it comes to nutrition, diet and recovery??

You don’t even know how to find a powerlifting meet or pick a fed and now you’re making all these ridiculous claims about the records you’ll break and lack of knowledge and intensity among the top powerlifters in the world, because they take shit?

This whole thing has to be a joke.

Maybe if I was powerlifting for Jesus, I’d be stronger than all those lying cheating gear whores like Laura Phelps and Amy Weisberger (who happen to be stronger than you). Let the power and glory of sweet baby Jesus consume me and lift that 700 pound deadlift off the floor…

i said girl, i meant buckeye girl, like i said, dont know about meets, i just know about strength, and i think those girls are doing that in a suit…if there not, then i need to find them so we can make hulk babies, also, lets put this in perspective, im 19…and idc if xena is stronger than me, among males, well…i win.

among males my age at least…that arent steroid monkeys.

ite im done, said everything i need to say

I don’t know what that is even supposed to mean.

Babe? A man once lost his left testicle for calling me names like that. You better watch yourself, boy.

I’m not interested in your beliefs about your god.

I will continue arguing as long as you post, because I LOVE powerlifting and everything involved. So, If you post a video or ANY proof of a 700 raw squat, or ANY of the claimed numbers, I might find some respect for you. Otherwise, go fuck yourself you lying, arrogant piece of shit.

Have a great fuckin day.

On a lighter note, Buckeye Girl is now officially the hottest powerlifter in existence.

You’re the best man. Nothing like preaching religion while also cussing everyone out. I’m sure that shows the ‘god’ you worship in the right light.

Anyways. there was a point to this thread…now I forgot what it was all I see is someone trashing the thread with their nonsense…

There are actually several Christian bands I’d listen to working out, but none of them are gospel.

As far as Jesus being against training hard, I don’t know. I think if he were around to day he would do weight training of some sort he seems to be a pretty muscular guy in most art. Besides in his heavenly form isn’t his body supposed to be perfected, so he should have the perfect physic.

Maybe once and for all he could give us the perfect diet/training plan.

No one has ever done a better 40 day cut than him. hah[/quote]

war of ages?

Insyderz, Supertones, Five Iron Frenzy, est. Then again, I’m a nerd.

So has that dumbass fucked off yet?

Anyone else notice how he’s squatting more than he’s deadlifting? Gaaaawd… I wonder what that says…

His squats are so high they wouldn’t even be passed in the IPA.

Or maybe he just really really sucks at making up fake e-numbers.

The latter.

He was 240, and repped 315 for 10 recently, then magically a day later he is 220 with a 405 for 8 bench.

He’s also apparently an NFL linebacker at 6’ 240 with a “well above 30 inch” vertical, at 19. I know lifting big is good for your power and helps you jump, but that’s some ups(well, i guess well above is pretty subjective, maybe 1 inch is well above 30 to him)

If it makes you feel any better, I thought it was cool.

I could believe the >30" vertical, at least. All his other numbers are bullshit, though…How is this thread still alive?
