Power Plate for Treatment

I work at a private gym that mostly uses power plates. I know there is tremendous potential when it is used for rehabilitaion. I have fixed people that were in car crashes years before, and took away their limp, and cused people to stop going to the chiro 4 times a week, and cure tendonosis in 7 minutes. has anyone else worked with this machine?

I know there is many more uses more this machine. i have reason to believe it works differently than advertised in a way that is re allyexplainable, such as this reason, that is ‘seems’ to return scar tissue back into normal tissue.

A citation for these outlandish claims would be appreciated…

Here’s a link to their site

I don’t have an opinion on Powerplate one way or the other, even though a friend of mine worked for their corporate office. I did find it interesting that he told me that the Russians used it in space so that their astronauts muscles didn’t atrophy (atrophied less?) under zero gravity.

I’ve got nothing as well, haven’t seen them here yet.

well it doesnt do anything like i decribed before, i was mislead by some power plate gurus. It is very god for self myofascial release thats about it. russians used nothing like this in the 60s. thye uses a machine that directly stimulated the tendons on the muclce they were working.
