I use a Glutomine supplement made by Unique Nutrition Corp. I got it free from a buddy of mine who went to Iraq and didn’t think he’d need it too much over there…

Glutamine is definitely the best supp out of the ones listed. I took it during hard core two a days and during a few months of off-season training for football. I made some good gains while using it.

Out of the 5 I’ve only used Glutamine, and Optimum Nutrition’s Glutamine worked pretty well.
