If You Only Had Four Supplements


What 4 Biotest supplements would they be?

Mine: Surge Flameout Metabolic Drive protein
BCAA

I know we all would like 7-8 at the min but pick 4 only

And the pic is for an extra boost of motivation for those extra rips!

Right now it would be creatine, BCAA’s, Fish Oil, and ZMA.

Sorry to already break the rules, but on my bench or cabinet other times would be HMB, Spike, and this is of course always taking a cheap multi-vitamin. Since whey is univeral I didn’t include that in the top 4 either.

Flameout, Metabolic Drive, Grow! Whey, and Spike.

It’s kind of controversal, in that people can’t figure out exactly how it works but it’s believed to help aid in muscle recovery and protein absorbtion

creatine, whey, Surge, and i would love to include Flameout but i am a bad kid.

Grow! Whey, Surge, Creatine and Flameout.

Seems like a lot of you guys go with Grow! whey over Metobolic Drive…why is that?

Creatine seems to be on a lot of lists… Which brand are yall taking?

Surge, Metabolic Drive, Surge, Spike Shooter.

I would stick with tribulis, fish oil, creatine and BCAA.

If the government here in the US has its way, trib and creatine may be on their way out the door.

If you said 5, the next one would be ZMA, but you didn’t, so I won’t say it.

Because you can get 3 times more protein from Grow! whey then you can Metabolic Drive.

Metabolic Drive has micellar casien, which lasts a long time in your stomach. It provides a steady low dose of protein.

Grow! whey is whey. It provides a quick protein boost.

I say, why not take 3 Grow! whey shakes over a longer period, and get 3 times the protein, rather then taking 1 Metablic Drive shake that lasts a while.

Someone will probably be along here pretty soon to call me stupid, and then explain to me why I am stupid. But that is my reasoning for eschewing Metabolic Drive in favor of Grow! whey.

4 was just a good number to set to see where top supplements priority stood.
Obviously im sure all of us would like to throw 8 in there cause there are so many good ones to choose from, so I wanted to see the top 4 most important supps of T-Nationers.
