Pec Strain?

About a week ago I felt a twinge in my left pec leading into my shoulder while warming up on the bench press. The pain increased and I also felt it into the inner side of my upper left arm. I stopped benching and rested it for a week. I foam rolled my pec and anterior delt and worked on scapular retraction exercises.

I have NO pain doing military presses, but I am not able to do bench presses or even push ups without that same pain. Any advice out there on what it is, what I can do, or how I can train around this?

Lay off the foam rolling, rest, light exercise creating maximal blood flow. Pretty straight forward pec strain. Begin light pressing again in 4 weeks
