One Leg Exercise to Rule Them All?

If you can’t squat due to health reasons, I think the very first step would be to fix those issues in order to be able to squat.

Until then, you have a few options (in order of effectiveness):

  1. Box Squats
  2. Trap Deadlift (it’s a better exercise than anything overall, but were talking legs)
  3. GHR + Lunges

Goblet squats is almost certainly the best singular answer to the original question.
