Ah, right, the knee. Forgot about that, sorry.
That’s what you get for trying to do something remotely cardiovascular! Haha[/quote]

I shouldn’t talk, I played for a friend’s flag football (er, north american football to you, I guess) team this summer. I was sore for days and I only played half the game, it was brutal.
I have not posted in this thread before. I quit logging workouts because olympic workouts look awfully boring written down.
I am in week 3 of a catalyst front squat program-- I missed this weight a few times before because I get stuck in the hole. I could have done more if I could come straight out instead of get so deep.

Anyhow-- here’s a 141 PR c&j
Congrats on the PB. Get your head further through the Jerk. Your head and shoulders are behind the bar.

Thanks-- I’ve only been training olympic lifts with any seriousness for about 10 months. I have some shoulder mobility issues that I’m trying to chip away at 1 day at a time. I’ll get the head through eventually.

Gotcha. It’ll be easier to Jerk when you can get your head through the bar properly.
I was very pleased with this lift. 119 kilo. Getting a lot more consistent snatching above 110. Getting faster. Need to do more front squats and more snatch grip deadlift. It seems my missed snatches are from losing tightness/control from first pill on snatches and miss CJ from fighting too much out of hole and getting tired
