I, for one, think you look fantastic. Honestly, I think you looked awesome to begin with. Now, you look really fit. I wouldn’t listen to infinite_shore. Many have said how well you can see a change. Don’t let it bother you. Like I said, your body is wow.

It was my honest assessment and I only commented because people around here love to engage in circle jerking, especially when a female is involved. I don’t like that since it only holds people back in the end.
To me it looks like the main difference comes from different camera distances (can make a massive difference).
Of course, I can be wrong but I think it is in line with your fat loss of 3lbs. In my experience spotting 3lbs difference is not easy.
But I got the message and leave this thread to the cheerleaders.

I actually know what you’re talking about, with the “OMG lets WK the one female in this forum”, but I don’t think that’s the case. I know that Jake and Ryan are both brutally honest, and I would never toot someone’s horn just because. I think there was clear progress made, though. So no one is calling you out for being negative, just wrong lol.

Still not entirely convinced here, though.
I have almost 3 years worth of weekly progress pics of me (under the same conditions) as my “credentials”.

It has nothing to do with Nez being a female. I am enjoying and following all of the posts that Zraw and Jake are doing. I’m just commenting on your posting history in general, from what I’ve seen the majority of your posts are negative. I’m not going to argue with you or derail this thread and you are entitled to your opinion but why not keep it to yourself if it’s not going to be productive or helpful.

I have set Nez up with a very challenging split and diet, so yea…I guess it warrants a little bit of “cheerleading.” I think everyone who is “circle jerking” maybe acknowledges how tough it is. Ironically, alot of guys posting positive comments in this thread are the posters I consider to be more brutally honest…including myself.

Will you have access to cardio machines on your off days? Or would you like to stay clear of the gym those days?

I’d like to add a few cardio sessions/week and want to know your preference. We can put them on off-days or after one of the lifting days.

I’d rather run on the streets of my neighborhood in the early am. I despise treadmills and elipiticals. They make me dizzy. Unless you have another idea for cardio?

On your off days you’re gonna do some sprints then.

Make sure you’re warmed up. Then go for 5 total sprints, each 10 sec. These are to be 100% intensity and try to accelerate throughout the sprint. Rest 2-5 min between sprints.

Keep diet as is.
