Why is this thread dead?

Holy shit, man, that’s pretty impressive. How the heck is your incline DB bench so close to your normal bench? I think I (I am not sure) still bench more than you, and it was using the 90’s on the flat bench was tough (to be fair I had bronchitis).

Also, still in med school?

Dont post much in here any more but since it has been dead ill add in the conversation. I am out of wraps for the first time in a very long time so I am practically starting over from scratch trying to remember how to squat. Video below 2nd scene is 505 for 3 belt only which is a 5lbs PR and one at 30lbs less bw than last time I tried repping 500. Also the 500lbs Double Pause Deadlifts for a triple is a PR as well.

Haha I know right? I think it might have something to do with my hand position. I had to change my hand position to a much weaker (closer) position when I started benching again. I have golfer’s elbow and this new position is the best I can do without aggravating my elbow. Incline never bothered it.

Also deadlifted 495 for a pretty easy 5 reps.

Still grinding my way through school, I expect to be for the next 3 years.
