Squats - 225x10, after two sets of five. I’m amazed how easy this was.

Feeling good, I bet I can smoke 455 with a belt and wraps on actual squats.
Deadlifted for the first time in a long time tonight. Managed 425 with no problem, and then stalled just below the knee with 445. Not a PR, really, but I haven’t pulled from the floor in a long while. Hoping to get back up to 495 fairly soon so I can start hitting real PR’s again.
Two from tonight’s session…
Bench - 170x5. I guess six would have been possible.
Front Squat - 175x8. Another two in the tank, I guess.
Bodyweight hovers between 165 and 170 at the moment, depending on the day. These are not impressive numbers but they make me happy.
Hit a 315 pound Bench Press yesterday. The rep felt pretty smooth without any major sticking points. Bench has had a steady state of progress the past couple of months. This summer I have reached my goal of a 5 plate Deadlift, 3 Plate Bench Press and a 205 OH Press. Need to get my 4 plate squat and 2 plate oh press. Squat technique has been all over the place so who knows when that will happen!!

These aren’t massive PRs, but I consider them such because I did them with pretty strict form.
