Today I hit a volume PR on front squats: 7 x 4 x 125kg (very easy)
RDLs: 8/8/9 x 145kg (not so easy)
Not bad for the day after pulling an all-nighter.
Beltless squat 195kg x 2
RDLs 200kg x 10 (though these aren’t exactly super strict, big stretch in the hamstring, more like lower below the knee, power back up).
Beltless front squat 140kg x 3
Block pulls from below knee (belted) 240kg x 5
Deadlifted 215kg x 5 while very not fresh. It’s so close I can taste that 250kg pull.
Benched 122.5kg with a pause
Yesterday I pause benched 285 for 7 reps. Strongest I’ve felt in a long time while dropping weight (currently 199lbs) Loving the Biotest supps!
375 bench
515 squat
585 deadlift
240kg deadlift - 250kg came off the floor but didn’t go past mid shin.
160kg front squat.
220kg squat
OHP 170 x 5 x 3
last time I hit this, I weighed 30 lbs more. The rep before my working sets was actually the toughest one (maybe that means I need more warm up now?).
Oly squat: 7 x 5 x 315lbs (next squat day is to be 9 x 5… Kill me)
RDL: 6 x 365lbs
Also, my cut is going really well. I’m down to high 170s now. Been going around shirtless a fair amount because of the heat (and to work on my tan), and I’ve noticed that the number of stares has increased dramatically.
Pause benched 100kg for 2 sets of 8 last week. Reckon both sets I would’ve hit 10 reps if the bar had had any knurling and my hands weren’t sliding out. Apoklyps, now’s your chance to come in and take the win, I don’t have access to a bench for a couple of months ![]()
She weighed in at 140 on the . this morning. She pulled 230 at her last meet 4 months ago… 10 weeks alot is possible in that time.

Haha we’ll see. My bench has been pretty lackluster lately, and my focus has shifted almost entirely to aesthetics.

505x8 deadlift, and 245x1 OHP, some leg drive, but a 40 lbs PR for any type of OHP
