The axle bench seems to be quite a bit harder than a normal barbell for some reason.
Injury PR… this is the first time I’ve benched without elbow pain in forever. Wrist wraps seem to make a huge difference.
Been awhile since I posted.
Hit a new 1RM in my squat and deadlift at a meet (IPF) last weekend. Hit a 175kg squat and 230kg dead @83.0kg BW. Not amazing progress or anything, but I’m just happy I made progress at all considering how much I’ve been fucking around lately.

Bench 4x3x110kg. Was aiming for 6x3 but only got 2 and 1 reps on the last sets.
Got a PR in a sense. As in, I’ve never completed a 10 x 3 on squats before today (used 150kg). And let me just say that the last set was pure misery. 150kg for triples is pretty easy for me, but keeping it up for 10 sets is another story…

I’m going back to front squats since my back squat is starting to stall. It’s been some months since I front squatted. My old PR was 285 for 1. This was after working up in sets of 5, so I think I could go heavier fresh.
