Hit a comp-style strict curl 90lbs x 8
700 Back Squat with Light Reverse Bands about a 110 out of the hole and completely deloaded at top. This was the heaviest thing I have ever felt. I didn’t even think I was going to be able to pick and barely could rack it if it wasn’t for Brit pulling me forward I wouldn’t have. 80 pound PR.
Pulled 190kg/418lbs for a set of 8. Also 160kg x 5 standing on a plate, which was a 5kg double overhand PR even without the deficit.
Comp style strict curl: 110lbs x 2, 100lbs x 4
SQUATS
Belted: 157.5kg x 8 - 15kg PR
Beltless: 160kg x 3 - 2 rep beltless PR
Belted: 170kg x 5 - 4 rep PR
Belted: 180kg x 3 - 2 rep PR
Literally had to keep checking I had the right plates on the bar and wasn’t using the 15s instead of 20s
210kg deadlift for 3 reps - 2 rep PR
180kg for 5 reps beltless from a deficit, matches my PR without the deficit

Push press 90kg x 2

Today was supposed to be a easy 3x3 day with the last set being a AMRAP set. I guess all the strongman stuff this week really left me beat down and 500 for 3 with wraps felt harder than it did last week unwrapped. But, I went for it any way.
1st set: Felt like crap looked like crap stupid slow all over the place.
2nd set: Pretty much the same
3rd set: Went all out and grinded to 5. The 5th rep I actually almost fell over. Saved it went for 6 got it and then went for 7 and had to
dump it. Very unsatisfied with this I laid there for a bout 10 mins and found my balls and decided to try again.
4th set: I moved my feet in about a inch on both and made a world of difference. I think since I have been working in the mono when I walk out I am setting up to wide. Either way best set of the dat smoked 7 reps and if in mono and had a spotter probably would have pushed it to 8 or 9. Literally puked for a good 5 mins and called it a day will do deadlifts and accesories tomorrow.
