deadlift 350x4
Bench 90kg x 10 (3 rep PR), then 105kg for a triple (5kg PR). 105 set I misloaded (meant to put on 100), and I only got it through stubbornness/refusal to get pinned by a measly 2 plates. That, and cutting the ROM a bit short on the last rep. Will definitely nail it properly next cycle.

BRUHH start a log…I never realized we’re almost the exact same size lol
SGHP 3 x 90kg then 2 x 95kg.
20kg PR on the 3RM thanks to the wonders of chalk.
You’re WAY behind the curve
Pulled 190kg for 3 for a 2 rep PR. Got ugly on the second two reps, bar was too far forward at the setup.

Dem glutes.
Deadlifted 365 today beltless, off a 21/2 inch deficit, thats a huge, and unexpected PR for sure. I usually warm up for my deads with a deficit, and no belt, then as the weights feel heavy, I’ll remove the deficit, and add a belt, but today everything was just grooving, and I was at 365 before I knew it, thought I might as well try for a rep, and got 3, I was contiplating trying 385 with the same set up, but figured that would be greedy, since I usually remove the deficit after 315, and tempting injury. Gravity was on my side today, excited to see what happen’s next week, may try 385 then. Latter
OHP 155x7
Incline bench 225x3

315 for 4 sets of 10 and 1 set of 11. Huge Volume PR and a 4 rep PR total.

At first I was like, I’m sure Reed can deadlift more than that. What’s he talking about? Then, oh, he’s rowing it. Good stuff.

200kg Deadlift. It’s not pretty but I got it up.
No idea why it’s rotated like that.
New Snatch Pr today: 66kg. Went for 70 but I couldn’t pull it high enough to get under.
Squat 295x8
