Up to 187, put .5 " on both calves and both arms, and 1" on each thigh.

I would do a lot of fucked up stuff for 1/2 inch on both arms

I was probably 10X more psyched about the thigh and calf gains, lol. To each his own.
Back Squat 295X1, 2 sets. felt great. I’ll try and get 275X5 next leg day. SLDL 225X6, 2 sets
neutral grip DB floor press 85’sX9
kroc row 135X13
Just some from today. It’s nice to see my triceps/back are getting stronger. Also good to see that you are gaining stuff back, Andrew.
EZ curl: 90lbs x 12
85kg power clean and push press - this matched my push press PR, and doing that after the clean and having to get my hands into a decent position counts as a PR IMO.
95kg power clean - annoyingly close to two plates now

Hahaha thanks Chobbs and dont worry I probably would lose respect for you if you didn’t laugh at that.
205X3 close stance suspended good morning off of #12 pin
NGHR’s bwX12 I think this is a PR for perfect form
DB leg curls 50X5 lol since I am doing these to a top set I might as well add them as pr’s
DB farmer walks 240X9 trips
Yesterday was full of personal records.
Also holy shit, Reed, that was quite a pass out.
Delawarestrong, are you a strong powerlifter man?
100kg x 3 bench - 1 rep PR. Think I could get more, but this was after a full press workout and a ton of stretching.

If you are referring to what I think you are, then yep. But I unfortunately have not competed yet. I’m going to finish my current planned cycle, then set a meet date.
I’ll likely be competing in the 16-17 age class, and 181 weight class in Maryland.
Volume PR 5x3 with 240 on bench
for my PR’s
some default pr’s lol
deficit SLDL with slow eccentric (around 4-5 seconds give or take) 205X7
single leg back extensions bwX5

I am able to get a ton of Quad recruitment which really helps break it off the floor in sumo. I’m built just right for it I guess. But I honestly prefer doing it. Alot of people look at me weird but it lets me drive through my heels and keep my hips down longer than with flats which all translates into a bigger sumo pull.
Hit some good stuff today, cable rows 180x6 2 sets, shrugs 275x15 2 sets.
Gonna start doing rack pulls to help bump up my DL here soon, anyone that currently does them, where do you pull from height wise?
I’m thinking just below the knee is most common right?
