New Program

I’ve been on Waterbury’s programs from the beginning of summer until now. I’ve put on 16 pounds of muscle and increased my bench by 60 pounds, squat by 150 pounds, and deadlift by 150 pounds. I made really good progress but now I want to do something totally different. I’ve been training total body for awhile, so I’m looking for something along the lines of a split program. Does anyone have any recommendations? Also, I can’t be in the gym more than 4 times a week, because I also do muay thai 3 times a week. Thanks in advance

Try that one, It’s the one I just started and it sounds like it is right up your alley.

I should mention that I did Big Boy Basics over summer, then MRT 2, and lastly the 25 method. I think I am leaning towards German Volume Training by Charles Poliquin. Where can I find the guidelines of the program? Thanks
