Hey guys I am in need of your advice.
I am so bored with my current workout routine. It seems as if i do the same thing week after week w/o gaining much progress in strength/weight. I am currently on a body split routine but would like to experience some other types of training methods/plans.
I am thinking about trying out Total body training, the 3-day-per-week, full-body workout plan by Chad Waterbury. I’ve read the article on it and i think it sounds really interesting and different. Im not too intelligent as far as his other trainign methods as far as the 10x3 or 5x5, but i think anything of a change right now would be great…
What are yalls opinons as to following this 3-day-a-week program. Also any recommendations to following any other of training methods from him or anyone else would be greatley appreciated
I’m looking to put on some weight as well as strength of course. I am a skinny 5’8 male @ 120 lbs.
Umm well… If you’re that skinny and not seeing any gains, but consistantly training, chances are you aren’t eating enough. I don’t want to stray off topic, but that does usually seem to be the case. Pretty much any program coupled with the right nutrition should result in some gains.

TBT works,HSS-100 works, what else do you need to know? Read the site and you’ll find all the info you need on peoples opinions of each program along with a host of other programs. I personally like HSS-100 while some people swear by TBT or HFT its whatever your preference is.
Obviously you do completely understand the whole nutrition thing. Thats why after 1.5 years of training(as your profile says) your still a massive 120lbs. Someone was just trying to give you a little advice because obviously your doing something wrong. Simmer down!
