Nagging Shoulder

Latley my right shoulder is getting a very strange feeling whenever I attempt military press. Its hard to explain, theres no pain at all, im just a little worried it can turn into tendonitis.

My train bench 2x a week. Rotating between RE DE and ME movements. Up till about 3 weeks ago I was training Military press and Rows with every bench workout.

What do you guys think I should do?

Warm up your shoulders, do light bicep and rotator work, and weighted pec and tricep stretches.

If the feeling goes away after stretching, then you’ve found the problem.
