Pain in Shoulder (Rotator Cuff?)

When I’m rowing, the pulling portion doesn’t hurt but my left shoulder (i think it’s the rotator cuff) acts up when i’m lowering the bar.

I also get the pain lowering the bar first to my thights and then to the ground when i’m power cleaning.

pullups feel normal, and i can bench and OH press just fine.

what can i do to fix this?
