Ok Does it ever end? I mean is the world set on me being fat?

I had an all day class today on multicultural issues. Our homework was to bring a dish in from your heritage. We had three large tables full of carbs!

We had everything… Pizza, canolies, pies, cakes, pastries, and … everyhting…

I had one small Sweedish meatball and a small piece of corned beef.

It sucked but I feel better and better about myself when I get thru these trials without failure!

People it can be done. I am not killing myself doing this but I notice how easy it is to be fat in this society…

Ohh forgot, today I upped my calories to 2100 from 1800.

I was 206 the other day also

This is my last day of 2100 cal. I am upping my intake to either 2400 or 2500. I think it will be 2400 for 3 days to see how I feel.

I’m feeling better now but my training sessions are not that great yet. I will be taking pics Tuesday and posting them to see how I’ve changed a week after the V-Diet.

Wieght 206

ok upped my calories to 2400 today and all I can say is it sucks eating this much. I am having a hard time getting all the calories. I did it but I hope it gets easier…

so, what are you eating?

how did you decide on that number of calories?

what’s going on with your training?
What do you mena by “not that great”?

You can do it, man.

You’re in the grind!

Flameout
Evening Primrose Oil
Natural Peanut Butter
Coconut Oil
Omega 3 Eggs
Health From The Sea PFO Pure Fish Oil
Chicken Breast per oz
Metabolic Drive
Flax Meal
Ground Turkey
Hood Calorie Countdown Milk 2%

I haven’t put all the meat in but this is waht the day looks like.

On the V-Diet I was at about 1500 so I upped it to 1800 then 2100 and finally 2400. I upped them til I stopped losing wieght. I am not sure if I will stop at 2400 cause I just started.

Training isn’t all that good cause I only get to it 3 days a week on average. I will see today if I have more energy.

Just get tired easy, which is to be expected.

so…are you trying to maintain at this point and not lose anymore?

I know you’ve thought this out carefully, I can see by your grocery list, but I’m wondering what, if anything, is your cunning plan?

and how do you feel today–any better?

My goal is to lose fat but I wanted to bring my calories back up slowly til I stopped losing to hopefully not ruin my metabolism and hold my weight constant for a little while.
It worked because I lost another 2 lbs and now I ve leveled off at 206.

I am going to drop them back down, maybe 2,000, to start losing again because the training sessions suck, I get to about 5 reps and DIE! I figure if I m going to be tired why not lose fat instead of maintain.

We ll se if my body becomes more accustomed to burning fat for fuel.

Here s a couple of pics to keep updated…
