Sorry I got busy and wasn’t sure if I should keep the thread going.
Ketosis is good. It was hard to get here but now that I take a bunch of BCAA’s around my training sessions I feel good. I actually started going heavier on legs, I haven’t done that since before the V-Diet.
The sad thing is my girl would let me but I would need a good reason to put her thru that!
On the other hand she would prob be happy I was playing with her… She can’t get enough attention…
I don’t know if I’m going to keep the thread up of start a blog…
Any input? Anyone?

How much BCAAs are you taking around the workouts?
Are you taking the Biotest brand tabs?
If so, maybe it’s the fillers/tabletting agents bothering you?
I take bulk powder BCAAs and they go down and assimilate in nothing flat. I mean, that’s the point, right? They’re not supposed to digest per se.
Anyway, what a hassle for you. I hope someone has something more helpful to say!

I take the bulk powder because I was trying to get 80g around my workout. I lowered it to 60g and I still feel bad. I’m going to drop to 50g and see what happens. I never thought it would bother me that much. I’ve never had any problems like taking supplements.

Just checking in. I’m down to 204 and much fuller after I started taking the BCAA’a.
I am going heavier on legs now and some of my pants are lose in the waist but are getting tight in the legs…
oh well I’ll be wearing the other jeans but for much different reasons!
I am still on a keto diet and I haven’t cheated.
I want to keep going til single digits and I don’t plan on cheating even when I get there.
Well last couple of days sucked. I have been sick and all I want is chicken soup. Well I’m going to make my own with just chicken stock kale cellery and chicken.
This is the first time I felt like saying eff it so I could have some caugh syrup or something…
I’ll keep on going.

I’m down to about 203 in gym clothes in the middle of the day. I don’t have a good scale so I weigh myself at the gym.
Still going keto and just wondering how long I will go before trying to add some muscle back…
