I will conquer this disease which has plagued my mind for far too long. I will no longer lift my shirt up every damn time I walk into a bathroom to look at my skinny fat stomach. I am going to change.
To make sure that I don’t back out like I have multiple times, I am creating a daily nutrition and workout log which I will complete hopefully every night before I hit the hay. I will need your support guys to keep me going through my disorder in order to be a normal teenager once again. It begins now.
Beginning Stats:
Age: 15
Height: 5’ 10.75" (going to mark my height gains as well haha)
Weight: 126.5lbs
Bench: 110x5
Curl: 30x6
Dumbbell Benchpress: 40x8
Leg Squat machine (until I learn how to properly squat): 180x8
Tricep lats pulldown: 70x6
Ending goals:
Age: 16 (August of 2007)
Height: 5’ 11"
Weight: gain 15lbs of lean mass
Bench: At least 140x3
Curl: At least 40x6
Rest, will go with my training and see how it goes
Starting diet:
1,800 on sedentary days to where I would ‘binge’ sometimes to get to 3,000-3,500 now and then =/
I hope to fix this diet that so I don’t “count” my calories, but am eating clean, lots of it, and know somewhat of a ballpark of what I am eating if I were to count it all up, which I won’t (if I do it will only hurt me more than help me)
Weekly routine will consist of this:
Swimming 90 minutes everyday except Sundays and possible meet days.
Full-body workout Mondays Wednesdays Fridays, and on Sundays running 3 miles.
