I did Hang Snatch with 40 kg.
I have to incorporate snatch pulls in my routine.
Power clean technique is improving and its about time to start to work on my jerk.

I did progress in snatch technique in the last 10 days.I dont do second pull too early now.
I do a lot of Hang Snatch.Doing sets of triples with 40 kg.

My new PR is 60 kg Hang Snatch.
I am moving now to full Snatches technique drilling.
I also emphasize jump squats at the start of every training.
Body weight is dropping.Now I am 87 kg.
I might lose 2 more kg and get to 85 kg.
I have a new policy.
If you dont lift heavy or explosively,dont lift it.
If it doesnt swim,run or fly or isnt green,dont eat it.

Last year in May I full snatched 75 kg,but it was done by raw power…no technique.
Now,I got solid technique hang snatch,si I am starting to work on full snatch.

I snatched 75 kg the first time I tried it.No technique.
Yesterday I did weighted chins and dips supersets.
I pushed really hard and piled more and more weight.
Today only my deltoids are sore.So deltoids are my weak point thats holding me back.
I guess its time to bomb deltoids.
Yesterday,I hit a new PR.I snatched 60 kg!
I know its a long way to 100 kg,but adding kilogram after kilogram and i will eventually get there.
After a month of drilling hang power snatch,got the basic technique down.
I can now do a full snatch,although its far far away from being good technicaly.
My plan is to focus more on clean and jerk.
Clean is hardr for me technicaly,but I can clean more than jerk,so I have to develop both.
